Meilani

I had the best time taking photos of this beautiful little girl and her baby, Charlie! Unfortunately our plans of shooting outside were shot when the weather took a turn for the worse, nasty cold rain. But luckily we had a great location, Bakers Square, to shoot. Meilani is a six year old little girl who is so much fun and had her own idea's for photos (my favorite was the fabric over lamp). Who knew a girl her age could be so shabby chic!

Abby

This is my second photo session with the lovely Abigail. She is such a natural when it comes to poses. Plus, she has the most beautiful multicolored eyes, with hues of green and blue (check out the third photo below). We did a session at Locust Grove, which is such a fun site. Granted, nothing is blooming yet but I loved the dried flowers in the last few images.

Bonham!

Bonham, named after the notorious drummer from Led Zeppelin, was so unbelievably adorable! I recently did his Mommies maternity photos and it is a good thing we did them early because Bonham arrive several weeks before schedule.

I have several upcoming children portrait sessions I would like to post. I am trying to stay on top of it so that I don't have to group them all in one posting, but life sometimes just gets busy!

The Bee's Knees!

I take many candid shots of my little girl but I have never done a posed session. So when she came in the kitchen the other day wearing one of my photo prop hats and beads about her neck I knew that I must do a session of her in that hat!

She has always reminded me of a girl from the 20's or 30's with her round face and short curly bob hairstyle.
